  In relation to Man AHL Diversified Futures Ltd (the “Company”) specifically:
  • The Company primarily invests in futures and options fund. It also intends to invest extensively in other financial derivatives (‘FIDs’) to achieve its investment objective, including but not limited to, warrants, forward contracts, convertible securities, interest rate swaps, credit default swaps and equity swaps, and may utilise over-the-counter (OTC) derivatives.
  • The Company may use long or short investment strategies. Risks inherent in the company are not typically encountered in traditional funds. FDIs can be highly volatile and will expose investors to leverage risk. Leverage has the effect of potentially magnifying losses and could result in the value of the Company decreasing substantially.
  • The Company is subject to additional risks including without limitation, commodity market risk, interest rate risk, foreign exchange risk, limited diversification risk, counterparty risk, liquidity risk and sovereign risk.
  • The Company relies heavily on qualitative models or strategies which depend on the reliability and accuracy of the Investment Manager’s analytical models and data supplied by third parties. To the extent such models or the assumptions underlying them or the data do not prove to be correct, the investments of the Company may not perform as anticipated which could result in losses.
  • No equalization methods are used by the Company for the purpose of determining the incentive fee. There is a risk that an investor redeeming its investment in the Company may still incur an incentive fee, even though a loss has been suffered by the redeeming investor.
  • Investment involves risks in particular risks associated with futures and options fund. Investment in the Company may not be suitable for all investors, and may lead to total loss of investments. Before you decide to invest, you should make sure the intermediary who sells it to you has explained the Company is suitable for you. You should not make any investment decision solely based on this document. 10. Estimated performance information

The estimated performance and/or valuation/NAV data ("Data") is based on estimated valuations or net asset values calculated by the administrator or a Man group company and may vary materially from the official valuation or net asset value and consequently are not the price at which shares/bonds/notes (or such other issued instrument) can be subscribed or redeemed. 14. Intermediary Access

Man may from time to time provide persons with whom Man has entered into an intermediary or distribution agreement (each an "Intermediary") with links to Investment Product and ancillary subscription documentation available on a separate section of the Site (the "Product Links"). Man shall provide such Product Links to an Intermediary on the basis that such Intermediary shall in its subsequent use of such Product Links in connection with dealing with its clients and customers agree to:

• comply with the terms and conditions of the intermediary or distribution agreement with Man including, without limitation, observing the terms and conditions from time to time relating to the promotion and sale of each Investment Product whether contained in the Investment Product's prospectus or imposed by law or regulation;
• take particular note of (and act in accordance with) the relevant selling restrictions contained in an Investment Product's prospectus and any applicable law or regulation in the country in which the Intermediary promotes the Investment Products;
• accept that Man shall hold the Intermediary responsible for compliance with applicable law and regulation (including, without limitation, any distance marketing and e-commerce law or regulation applicable to the Intermediary's activities);
• satisfy itself that the onward distribution of a Product Link provided by Man can be lawfully circulated to the Intermediary's clients and customers; and
• incorporate any suggested disclaimer or wording which Man may provide the Intermediary for incorporation in any communication the Intermediary adopts when circulating the Product Link to its clients and customers

15. Jurisdiction

These Terms, your access to and use of the Site and the Content and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site and Content shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law.

The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter, save that Man may enforce its rights in the courts of any jurisdiction having competence to issue an injunction directly enforceable against you.

16. Viruses, Hacking and other offences

You must not misuse the Site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, the server on which the Site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to the Site. You must not attack the Site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack.

By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use the Site will cease immediately.

We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of the Site or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any Linked Website.
